At FlexPick, we aim to provide a flexible and hassle-free shopping experience. If you wish to cancel your order, please review the policy below.

📌 Order Cancellation Window

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
• Cancellation requests beyond this time may not be accepted

📦 After Dispatch

• Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
• You may request a return as per our Return & Refund Policy (if applicable)

💵 Refund for Cancelled Orders

• For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method

🚫 Cancellation Not Allowed

Cancellation may not be possible if:

• The order has already been processed or dispatched
• The request is made after the allowed cancellation period

Repeated cancellations or refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
